I got my box last week most of the snacks tasted super fresh. The chips still had that good crunch, always a win — and the candy wasn’t stale or weird at all. One item was getting a little close to the date, but it still tasted fine. Overall, I was happy with it and I’d definitely order again...

The snacks themselves were good, so I was happy with that part. But the delivery was kind of all over the place. One box showed up right when it was supposed to, which was great, and then the next one was late by a few days with barely any updates. Not the end of the world, and I’m not super mad about it, but it was also a little annoying. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed it by a specific day.

I liked the concept and wanted to enjoy it, but the portions just didn’t feel worth the price. A few of the snacks were so small that they were barely enough to split, which is kind of frustrating when you’re expecting something shareable. I don’t need huge servings, but for what you pay, it should feel a little more reasonable. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I got a Munch Addict box for my brother because he’s usually into trying random snacks, it was fun to open together. There were a few things that were actually really cool, but some of the snacks were a little too out there for him. Maybe that’s kind of the point with a surprise box, right?

The packaging was nice enough and it definitely felt like something you could give as a gift, but it didn’t feel super personal or anything. I think it’s a good pick if the person genuinely likes surprise snacks, but if they’re even a little picky, I’d probably think twice. Does that seem fair?

The snacks were fine overall, but the canceling process was frustrating. I thought I had already canceled, then I got charged again and had to reach out to support. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I hoped. I was really expecting clearer instructions so I’d know for sure it was canceled the first time. It ended up feeling like more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I was really disappointed with how long shipping took. The tracking barely updated for days, so I kept checking and had no idea what was going on. By the time the order finally arrived, I wasn’t even excited about it anymore. For a first-time order, this wasn’t a great experience, and I do feel like some kind of apology would be fair.

I still remember being excited to open the box, only to realize some items were missing. I reached out and they said they’d send a replacement, so I waited… and then nothing happened. When I finally asked for a refund, the replies were slow and never really gave me a clear answer. the whole thing left such a bad taste in my mouth. It was frustrating, annoying, and definitely not worth the hassle

The packaging was totally fine when it arrived, no dents or anything. I’m guessing it was probably handled carefully during shipping, because the box looked clean and in good shape.

I reached out to support and then... absolutely nothing. No reply, no follow-up, not even a tiny sign that anyone saw my message. It felt like my request disappeared into a black hole.

As someone who’s kind of picky about packaging, I thought this snack box looked nice when it arrived. Everything was neat, just had one corner that was a little bent.

I really wanted to be into Munch Addict, but the box was just kind of... not that exciting? I was expecting more of a fun mix, like snacks I wouldn’t normally see or stuff that felt a little more random in a good way.

Most of what I got felt similar, mostly chips and sweet cookies, which isn’t terrible, but after a while it was like, okay, another one of these. I guess I thought there’d be more snacks from different places or just more variety in texture and flavor and all that.
Some of the snacks were fine, so it’s not like the whole thing was bad. But for the price, I expected a better mix. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they switch things up more

I thought the international snack box was okay overall. There was a nice mix of treats, and it was fun trying different things, but the prices felt a little high for what you get. I also expected a faster response when I had a question, so that part could definitely be better.
